职位描述/要求：
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years experience at a leadership level in high tech industry, preferably in Assembly and test of electronic or electro-optical components and assemblies.
- Bachelor Degree in electrical or mechanical engineering; advanced degree a plus. - Extensive experience in leading people in a continuous improvement culture. Working knowledge of Lean, six sigma, global 8D tools, etc. leading Kaizen events with proven results. - Experience with manufacturing process set-up reduction; process validation, and monitoring. - Must have excellent organizational skills. Be able to maintain and keep track of overall project progress, status reports and schedules. - Excellent team work, communication and presentation skills (English & Mandarin). - Proficient in Microsoft office tools. - Global mindset ability to work across different cultures. - Understanding of ISO 9001 business systems is required. - Solid financial working knowledge and experience. - Experience with Oracle is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Product Line organization to meet business growth and profitability targets in fast paced environment.
- Ensuring on time delivery objectives are met for all customers product deliveries. - Support of all new product and RMA build requirements to meet both project and customer delivery requirements. - Provide direction and focus to engineering resources to resolve critical manufacturing issues effecting cost, quality or delivery objectives. - Develop and implement cost reduction roadmaps and productivity improvements for existing products. - Determine process capacity requirements (people, capital, inventory) to meet current as well as forecasted demand requirements. - Manage and executes various programs that lead to improvements in quality, costs and overall efficiency using Lean principles. - As a senior staff member, help direct / lead various cross functional business improvement initiatives. - Provide leadership coaching and mentorship to staff. Ensure proper skill development and training for team. - Support and enhance a learning and performance oriented culture. - Ensure compliance with Company quality systems including ISO9000 and Tl9000. - Support Environmental, Safety & health initiatives.
