Job Description:

1. Liaise with customer for the arrangement of pick up or delivery of goods and documents to the Pudong Airport warehouse
2. Liaise with local or overseas internal or external customers for the arrangement of export of goods                                                    
3. Check the correctness of all shipping documents and reports any discrepancy to related parties                                   
4. Follow up with local or overseas internal or external customers for shipment status if necessary, report any discrepancy to related parties if necessary
5. Prepare reports as requested                                                      
6. Follow and comply any agreed instruction or SOP in daily operations
7. Work overtime when necessary                                                          
8. Perform any business related duty as assigned by superior

Requirement:

1. College or above
2. 2 years related working experience in forwarding industry
3. Good command of English (CET-6) and PC skill
4. Good command of communication skill
