(Based in Pudong Airport, Shanghai)

Responsibilities:

· Coordinate and work with related vendors and authorities to perform daily operations effectively
· Measure weight and balance effectively
· Record and compile report, resolve customer inquiries and complaints and ensure effective communication with customers on a daily basis
· Coordinate with Sales and Operations department of service agent and other departments on the operation flow

Requirements:

· Associate Degree holder in transportation, aviation or relevant discipline
· At least 2 years relevant practical experience, preferably in Airlines, Freight Forwarder industry
· Good command of spoken & written English. Proficient in the MS office application.
· Knowledge in Import, Export, Ramp and Unit Control, Warehouse Handling in Gateway Operations
