职位描述/要求:
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Position: HR Coordinator Reports to : L&D Manager, China District Location: Shanghai
• Learning and Development – Coordinate implementation of various training programs within stipulated timeline – Coordinate with Areas and departments for training arrangement, such as training proposal approval, preparing training materials, arranging hotel & classroom and etc. – Generate or consolidate regular and ad hoc reports for training activities on a accurate and on-time basis – Work on the external training vendor sourcing – Work on filing of various training records, training application form and training approval – Maintain and update required data in HR system
• Performance Management – Assist to drive performance management process to ensure this has been implemented according to stipulated timeline – Generate or consolidate reports to track effectiveness of performance management process
WORK EXPERIENCE AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
• Degree or Diploma graduates • 1-2 years experience in a human resource roles within a multinational organization • Fluent Mandarin is compulsory, good communication skills in both written and oral English • Familiar with various tools of Microsoft Office, such as Word, Excel, PPT and etc. • Dedicated and responsible • Good learning ability and adaptability
