职位描述/要求:
(Based in Shanghai)
Responsibilities:
1.To lead and manage a sales team 2.To identify market opportunities and develop/implement sales plans 3.To perform penetration, conversion and retention of customers to achieve sales target and market shares 4.To establish and maintain strong relationship with existing, new and potential customers 5.To join sales call and customer visit with account executives to provide customized service solutions 6.To collect and analyse market information to formulate sales strategies 7.To train, coach and develop people to achieve high level of job satisfaction Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Management or relevant 2.5 years of sales experience, in which minimum 2 years of experience in management capacity, preferably with experience of in Transportation, Logistics or Airlines industry in sizable MNC 3.Strong selling and negotiation skills, some basic marketing and financial skills are preferred 4.Strong sense of professional integrity both from a customers stand-point and internally within the company 5.High energy level with strong customer service mindset and strong drive to achieve results 6.Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills 7.Strong English and Mandarin verbal and written skills 8.Computer literacy on Microsoft Office Software
