职位描述/要求:
(Based in Shanghai)
Responsibilities:
- Notify customer with Customs Clearance required documents and information in order to achieve high Customs Clearance performance and customer satisfaction - Provide timely and accurate feedback from customer/Customs in order to update exception COD to XPLD with most recent information for internal /external customer tracking - Follow up on each major account shipment and to ensure specific delivery time is met - prepare and hand over import documents timely and accurately to alternate brokers for shipments that is required by customer
Requirements:
- Associate degree in customs administration or relevant discipline - 2 years in customer service related field with good communication skills - Basic computer skill for operating internal systems - Fair English ability in basic communication - Fluent in Mandarin speaking and one more dialect - Basic international trade/air cargo shipping Chinese trade/Customs regulations
