(Based in Shanghai)

Responsibility:

1. Arrange the manning to ensure the daily workload; Handle on site irregularity cases to ensure smooth operation; Supervise export, import& transit daily operation; Provide qualified service to UPS customers; 安排人员来确保日常合理的工作量，处理现场非常规事件来确保平稳操作，监督进出口和转运的日常操作，为UPS客户提供高质量服务
2. Coordinate with Gateway, Cargo sales & Ground Handling operation team to enhance effective operation; 与航站，普货销售和地面操作进行协调来加强有效操作
3. Assist supervisor to ensure local Airport & Customs regulations and UPS standards compliance; 协助主管来保证符合当地机场，海关的规章制度和UPS内部标准
4. Monitor and record operation costs to keep it within department business plan. 监控并记录运营成本以保持其维持在部门商业计划内

Requirement:

1. Technological academy; 专科学历
2. 2 years related experience, preferably in Airlines, Freight Forwarder industry; 两年相关工作经验，航空及货运代理业为佳
3. Good Computer Operation Know Basic English skills, basic PC operation, Forklift and driver certification are preferred; 良好的电脑操作能力，了解基本的英文能力，持有铲车及驾驶执照者为佳
