Responsibility:

1. Provide training to all staffs in order to ensure staffs perform job according to MOP and safe work methods; 为所有员工提供培训来确保其能根据标准工作流程和安全工作方法来进行工作
2. Supervise import, export & transit operation, and provide high-quality service to customers; Reduce customer complaint; Handle the emergency or irregular issue; 监督进出口和转运货物操作，为客户提供高质量，减少客户投诉，处理紧急或非常规事务
3. Supervise staffs for maximizing productivity with operation plan; Well plan the roster to ensure effective operation and controllable cost; 监督员工以便根据操作计划最大化的提高生产效率，事前计划好排班安排来确保高效的操作和可控的成本
4. Review import and export & transit operation procedure to cope with business and operation changes, coordinate with other departments for effective communication and operation. 回顾进出口和转运操作流程来配合商业和操作变化要求，与其他部门进行协调以便有效的沟通和操作

Requirement:

1. Degree holder in transportation, aviation or relevant discipline; 运输业，航空及其他相关专业大学本科学历
2. 3 years related experience, in which 1 year in management capacity, preferably in Airlines, Freight Forwarder industry; 三年相关工作经验，其中至少一年的管理经验，航空业，货运代理业背景为佳
3. Good Computer Operation Knowledge; 良好的电脑操作知识
4. Good written & spoken English & Chinese; 良好的中英文说写能力
5. Full knowledge in Import, Export, Ground Handling and Unit Control, Warehouse; 对进出口，地面操作，单位控制，仓库有全面的认识
6. Good leadership and management skills; 良好的领导和管理能力
7. Comprehensive understanding in general cargo, express shipments, airline, transportation and freight industry. 对普货，快件，航空业，运输业和货运业有全面的了解
