Job Responsibilities:
To support Our Easy Brand Promise by:
1) Customer Service:
Internalize，support UPS and Staples promise, leading by example and coaching associates to provide exceptional levels of internal and customer service.
2) Selling:
Serve as the primary model of sales by insuring that all associates are trained in a comprehensive and timely manner and able to sell at a level consistent with their responsibilities.
Work to build a total service environment within the entire store and drive the Easy Service standards. Service as a role model and a coach for all selling areas of the store.
3) Operations:
*Ensure all loss prevention policies and procedures are consistently executed.
*Ensure a positive customer service experience by maintaining a strong in-stock position, data integrity and availability of product. Implement company merchandising programs.
*Maintain up to date knowledge of local competition. Implement and administer company policies and procedures. Effectively manage all company assets including inventory. Manage monthly expense budget and be accountable for store level earnings and sales goals. Maintain all systems to preserve physical condition of store. Provide Retail Manager with periodic management reports.
*Perform all other duties requested by Retail Manager.
4) Store Conditions: Oversee store presentation.
Create and maintain an inviting environment according to the standards of Our Easy Service standards. Maintain care of equipment. Keep all areas of the store clean and neat including rest rooms break room and offices.
5) Safety and Security:
Supervise store security and store safety. Take charge of emergency situations.
Working in a partnership with Loss Prevention ensures all areas of the store meet and exceed safety standards.
Job Requirement:
College education or above;
2-3 years related customer service experience, related retail store management experience is preferred;
Good typing skills and basic computer knowledge;
Good customer service skills
Good Interpersonal Skills and Communication Skills
Good command of written & spoken English.
Have basic analysis skills.
