职位描述/要求:
Job Description:
1. To ensure customers' bookings are handled correctly and in a timely manner and clients' instructions/SOP is strictly followed
2. To be familiar with customer's requirement on documentation and system and to give documentation staff proper and correct guidance when they encounter difficulties 3. To report any failures of carriers or subcontractors to the supervisor/team leader 4. To coordinate with sales to develop business relationship with clients for further business opportunity 5. To accept special projects for assignment by supervisor Requirement:
1. College or above 2. 2 years related working experience in forwarding industry 3. Good command of English (CET-6) and PC skill 4. Good command of communication skill 联系方式:
