
职位描述/要求:
Responsibilities
· To work with Center Manager on the day to day management of operations center to ensure compliance to operating procedures and meeting service level requirement.
- To overseas the in building operation, to review with IE operations from time to time in order to ensure providing standard services to our customers to ensure timely and accurate delivery and right measuring, in order to achieve the company business plan and operation objectives.
- To train and coach subordinates for total commitment to services excellence and customer satisfaction to improved the ERI and SQR result. To lead and plan daily operations staffing and equipment in order to better utilize staffing effectiveness and efficiency.

- To lead, plan, coach employees for the standard process which marked in center MOP and the required skills to ensure every post could provide quality service to both internal and external customers.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Transportation, Logistics or related discipline
- 5 years relevant experience, including 2 years in supervisory capacity, preferably in transportation industry
- Good planning organizing and problem solving skills
- Good supervisory skills & coaching skills
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Driving License Holder
