职位描述/要求:
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls for PODs, complaints, claims, service guarantees, price quotation, service information, export shipments exception, pick up, etc. Identify and record concerns on service issues Coordinate with other departments and operations in order to provide special arrangement to customer Recommend solutions to service concerns/problems to higher authority Collect data and compile report in order to provide information to management for update performance and analysis, as to plan and enhance Customer Service Center operation Requirements: College degree or above with at least 2 years relevant experience Typing speed at >30 wpm Good command of written and spoken English Good telephone manners Patient and pleasant personality Ability to handle difficult customers Problem Solving / Trouble shooting skills Independent and result oriented 联系方式:
