职位描述：
负责分支行的保险业务管理。
推动和执行银行的保险产品销售策略。
协助银行里面的理财经理来识别和发展潜在的保险产品客户。
定期在所负责的分支行轮查，给理财经理做保险产品知识和销售技巧的培训。
分析保险市场行情，寻找和竞争对手的优势。
职位要求：
在保险行业从事人寿险3年以上销售经验，中外合资保险公司为佳。
有团队管理经验为佳。有培训经验为佳。
良好的销售技巧和服务意识。
丰富的保险产品知识。
英文熟练。
本科及以上学历。
有AFP/CFP证书为佳。
目前人在外地或者在国外工作的保险人才有意向在大连发展者均可申请。

Job duties:
- To drive and implement Bank's insurance sales strategy
- To assist branch sales staff in identifying potential customers, holding joint calls / meetings, conducting financial planning & reviews etc. to achieve individual / division insurance sales targets
- To schedule regular visits to the sub-branches within Division, and to deliver regular staff coaching on basic insurance knowledge & selling skills
- To identify and proactively promote best practice sharing among the division
- To actively explore market / competitor information, identifying opportunities & gaps, and provide feedback to relevant sales teams

Job requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above with 3 years or above related working experience
- Sales & Service Oriented, strong interpersonal skills, with self-motivated attitude
- Good understanding of insurance products
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, with knowledge in Cantonese and other dialect preferred
- Through extensive on-job training and job experiences
- AFP / CFP certificates are preferred. No limitation for application’s location.
