职位描述/要求:
Job responsibility
Organizational Solutions: interventions and solutions that optimize the performance of groups, including:
·    Organizational effectiveness: Change leadership (M&A and cultural transformation in support of corporate initiatives), organizational design & strategy execution (MI Planning)
·    Productivity improvements (through People)
·    Team building/dynamics
·    Organizational diagnosis and prescription
·    On-Boarding solutions for experienced and new hires
 
Talent Development Solutions: interventions and solutions that optimize the performance of individuals, which include:
·    Leadership development program & delivery
·    High potential identification and development program (Candidate assessment and performance predictors)
·    Succession management
·    Performance management
·    Retention
Learning
·    Drive Learning needs analysis across business and functions in the region
·    Dow learning resources design and delivery (individual development and functional expertise) to meet specific needs
 
Requirement:
the candidate will be conceptual, numeric and analytical, as well as a practical problem solver.  S/He must be technically competent, possess a strong work ethic and be comfortable working in a multicultural and matrix organization.  The incumbent must be mature and capable of commanding the respect and credibility of those with whom s/he comes in contact, both within the organization, and among his/her business contacts. 
 
We note that it is preferred that although the individual have solid competencies in organizational effectiveness, talent management and training, s/he must not be too much of a specialist that they are not willing to move between functional or broader HR roles.
 
The candidate must have a minimum of a university degree (Business Admin would be nice to have
