Responsible for master production plan to meet customer demand;

Material requirement plan and material purchase to meet production requirement;

Minimum stock to control inventory with suitable level.

Make master production plan to meet shipping schedule;

Check SCALA system and ensure material requirement plan cover the needs;

Maintain and track the procedure on missing parts claim and temporary borrow in time to meet production schedule;

Call off material delivery to meet material demand requirement;

Issue production working order according to the master production schedule;

Follow up the working orders and ensure that they are closed timely;

Update minimum stock to balance the delivery and inventory;

Inform planning team supervisor or production manager in time regarding any delay working orders;

Coordinate and communicate with other departments;

Provide material and manufacturing cost inputs to finance department;

Assist manufacturing, material receiving, and shipping;

Active participation in the materials and manufacturing cost reduction effort.

 

University degree ( or equivalent );

Minimum of 2-year experience in similar function.

Working knowledge of planning function;

Excellent considerate;

Ability to read, write, and speak English;

Create word documents ( in English and Chinese ) on Personal Computer;

Familiar with SCALA system or other ERP system.

Strong attention to detail;

Well organized, self starter with initiative;

Willing to learn new skills.
