职位描述/要求：
Position ObjectiveTo provide engineering support for manufacturing, outsourcing and marketing functions. This position is responsible for the design and development of components and new products to meet customer and market needs.
Principal Responsibilities
· Develops new components, products using CAD system.
· Handles engineering change requests (ECR’s) by modifying current product design.
· Analyzes the field problem reports and develops solutions to rectify the problem.
· Participates in a cross-functional team to develop new products.
· Develops engineering documentation.
· Develop special designs to meet special customer requests and provide the essential supporting calculations.
· Check completed work assigned to drafting personnel.
· Prepare Bills of Material (BOM) and provide purchasing department with product specifications.
· Interface with shop personnel during fabrication and testing to insure product compliance with design formation and delivery requirements.
Education
B.S. in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum Years of Work Experience
5 years
Skills
· Requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Must be a team player - open-minded and flexible.
· Must have the ability to manage multi-tasks, carry out root cause analysis, and deal with internal and external customers. Must have excellent problem solving skills.
· Experience with Pro/E solid modeling and/or experience with FEA is required.
· Experience with mobile construction equipments is required.
· Knowledge of AWS welding code or equivalents.
· Good command of English (both oral and written).
· PC literacy (MS office).
