Job description / Mission
Sourcing Engineer (electrical components or hydraulic components);
You will report to Nanjing Sourcing Manager. Your mission is to localize electrical components or hydraulic components, evaluate and develop local suppliers and to continuously reduce material costs, improve quality and lead time;
To liaise with Design & Development Organization China and overseas to ensure the localized components meet the related quality and technical requirements;
Through market research, find competent potential suppliers in the local market and evaluate them according to the company’s procedure;
Maintain good and long-term supplier relationship and safeguard the supply chain for production;
Involved in the negotiation and evaluation of the suppliers.

Competence & Qualification
Solid engineering background and knowledge in electrical system and electrical components or hydraulic system and hydraulic components ;
More than 2 years sourcing experience in an international company;
Knowledge on international trade terms and logistics is plus.
Bachelor degree or above, majored in electrical engineering or fluid engineering;
Knowledge on purchasing skills and tools;
Good command of English /Mandarin language both oral and writing, as well as computer skills;
Negotiation skills;
Basic knowledge on Chinese Contract Law;
MRP knowledge will be a plus.
A good communicator and a good team player;
Target driven with good sense of urgency;
Self-motivated.
