职位描述/要求：

Position Objective

-To assess capabilities of prospective suppliers and to source and negotiate pricing and terms for parts used by ADS Nanjing production and aftermarket functions.

Competence & Qualification requirements

-BS Engineering degree required;
-Good command of English (both oral and written);
-5-10 years relative experiences; 
-International purchasing experience preferred;
-Solid knowledge about engineering and different manufacturing processes;
-Broad understanding of business operations and financial analysis;
-High level of knowledge related to business contracts;
-Background in manufacturing techniques including machining and fabrication, ability to read engineering drawings, and effective communication skills. Strong writing, administrative and analysis skills;
-Computer Skills Required – MS Office Suite, Access database development, MRP systems (SAP, MOVEX, SCALA, etc.) and data extraction.
