职位描述/要求：

Position Objective

-To provide engineering support for manufacturing, outsourcing and marketing functions. This position is responsible for the design and development of components and new products to meet customer and market needs.

Competence & Qualification requirements

-B.S. in Mechanical Engineering;
-Minimum 3 years work experience;
-Experience with Pro/E solid modeling and/or FEA is required;
-Experience with mobile construction equipments is required;
-Knowledge of AWS welding code or equivalents;
-Good command of English (both oral and written);
-PC literacy (MS office);
-Good at CAD system;
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
-Team player - open-minded and flexible;
-Ability to manage multi-tasks, carry out root cause analysis, and deal with internal and external customers;
-Excellent problem solving skills.
