职位描述/要求:
Position Summary
Report directly to the Services Manager, you will provide a wide spectrum of sales and administrative support for the Services Team (Presales, GLS, GPS) for Greater China. The details of the major responsibilities and requirements are outlined below:
- Provide administrative support functions to handle the sales, post sales and other operational matters.
- Collaborating with the sales team, consultants, instructors and channel partners to prepare accurate weekly forecast and revenue reports.
- Liaising with service delivery partners, prepare services delivery status report in a weekly base.
- Arranging training facilities for schedule or unscheduled class.
- Prepare purchase requisition for contractors and make follow up with finance department for payments.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and keep track of service acceptance reports.
- Follow up customer invoicing to ensure promptly payments.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties.
Job Requirements
- The ideal candidate for the position should demonstrate the following attributes:
- Possess a university degree or professional diploma with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in serving professional services organization for MNC environment
- Knowledge in IT industry will be advantageous.
- Proficiency in Open Office, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to interact with people from diverse background and cultures.
- Independent, organized, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written)
