We are looking for real talents to work as Inside Sales Representatives to help to grow Enterprise Linux & Open Source SOA market in selected regions .

Position Summary:

• Sells the companies products and/or services via telephone.
• Sells Red Hat's Enterprise offerings into an assigned territory, identifying, nurturing and closing opportunities.
• Sends proposals and quotes describing customer-specific solutions.
• Establish and maintain relationships with channel partners and outside sales executives.
• Expected to timely train on all Red Hat offerings and effectively use the company's technical resources in developing opportunities.
• Keeps up-to-date knowledge of the industry as well as the competitive position of the company.
• Prepares activity and forecast reports as requested.
• Follows up sales leads.
• Typically closes inbound sales calls and also generates outbound sales calls.

Requirement

• A minimum of 2 years IT sales experience in IT leader company
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
• Good understanding of the Linux & Open Source market
• Good understanding of the SOA development
• Ability to deal with change and limited structure
• Must be highly motivated, self-sufficient, perceptive, ambitious, flexible and high energy
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
