职位描述/要求：
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test and maintain .NET technology based applications
- Write technical documentation such as Requirement Documents, Design Documents, Test Procedures and Maintenance Document
- Follow the tailored project process to develop high quality product
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor degree or higher from an accredited university with a major in computer engineering or related
- At least 2-3+ year experience with .NET technology and OOP theory, proficient both in theory and practice
- Strong experience on ASP.NET development
- Strong experience on HTML/CSS and Custom Control development
- Deep knowledge and experience on XML technologies
- Familiar with software engineering method and full life cycle development process
- Knowledge and experience of UML is a plus
- Working experience with multi-national companies is preferred
- Good verbal and written communication in Chinese and English
- Self-motivation, high responsibility, proactive problem-solving skills, capable of working independently while ensuring deliveries

- 熟悉软件设计模式，软件开发方法及软件开发流程
- 熟练的英语读写能力
- 拥有项目管理经验者优先
- 熟悉UML者优先
- 认真、负责、有很好的团队合作能力
