Executive Search Consultant
Key Responsibilities:
· Accomplish profit generation target. · Deliver end to end senior talent searching solutions based on the client requirements
· Formulate talent sourcing strategy on the country and regional level · Based on business strategy, proactively execute business development and generate new business demand
· Lead,coach and train up the team of researchers and associates
· Execute knowledge management and build up thought leadership in the market place
·
Key Requirements: -Highest Integrity, strong work ethics, honest. - Strong desire to succeed and will to win
- A solid doer.
-At least 5 years business experience in high tech, finance, industries.
-Must possess excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin), both written and orally
-Demonstrate good leadership, customer service focused, detail oriented. -A fast learner and willing to take up intellectual challenges
