Recruiting Manager with World Leading IT Consulting Firm

职位描述/要求:
A world leading IT consulting firm is seeking a high caliber recruitment leader with 5-6 persons recruitment team based in Shanghai.
Key Responsibilities
• Defining and setting the strategy for meeting the recruiting demand for a large, complex part of the organization in coordination with recruiting leadership and ensuring that it is in line with the company’s business strategy
• Participating in creating and refining the recruiting plan • Managing the research of external marketplace/industry trends and providing external marketplace analysis to the recruiting leadership, recruiting team and stakeholder group • Responsibility for Channel/Source Management • Conducting interviews for senior positions • Fostering and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to understand their business objectives and fulfill recruiting demand
Key Requirements
• 8+ years of relevant work experience required
• Bachelor Degree (or equivalent) preferred • Strong understanding of recruiting/sourcing market industry skills • Strong interviewing skills • Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills • Strong supervisory, coaching and people development skills • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills • Result driven, excellent negotiation, influence, mediation and conflict management skills • Good Personality and interpersonal skill
