Description:

• Responsible for leading the ongoing design, development, and implementation of the company's multi-language websites. You will also be responsible for performing day-to-day site maintenance, content quality-control and recommend web technology solutions to the best interest of the company’s objectives;

• Responsible for the design of internal/external company web pages, including graphics, animation and functionality;

• Develop web infrastructure and applications related to pages with more advanced graphics and features;

• Able to manage and lead web team members with advice and guidance to handle all corporate web site requirements;

• Provide technical assistance to Division Content Managers and optimize their content for online deployment;

• Planning of overall company website/intranet strategy involving user usability and acceptance;

• Perform overall administration of sites at a company-wide level;

• Work on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various business and technical factors;

• Exercise judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criterion for obtaining results;

• Assist in Search Engine Optimization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder;

• 3-5 years experience and thorough knowledge of Internet/web tools, protocols, scripting and programming languages (PHP and .NET);

• Strong English communication skill is essential;

• Experience in CMS & SEO is a plus.
