Description

1) To be a project leader/architect/engineer to deliver telecom solutions, such as
- BSS - including Billing, CRM, BI/DW, Enterpise Risk management, ERP/MIS, Enterpise Portal, OA etc.)
- OSS - network management, inventory management, etc.
- Others - SDP, DMS, Network, IPTV, etc..
2) To participate in solution selling and bidding for customer projects when required
3) To lead/participate in full or part of solution delivery lifecycle, collect and analyze client requirements, define the roadmap of the solutions, evaluate options, design the architect, develop, test and support with standard process and high quality.
4) To be an active leader/member in project teams

Qualifications
1) University graduate in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
2) At least 1-year working experience in IT industry
3) Good working knowledge of Unix or OpenVMS or Linux or Windows
4) Good hand-on skills on C/C++, Java/J2EE or .NET
5) Experiences of large-project design, implementation and testing are preferred
6) Working knowledge telecom solution is preferred
7) Knowledge of Network, such as SS7, VoIP, IMS etc. is preferred
8) Experiences of solutions or softwares like Sieble, Oracle EBS, Amdocs, CSG, IUM, OpenView, TeMIP, Cramer, Maximo, Exchange, Sharepoint, etc. are preferred.
9) Working Knowledge on middleware like BEA Weblogic, Tuxedo, Oracle Fusion Middleware, webMethods, TIBCO, Biztalk are preferred.
10) Good written and verbal communications skills both in Chinese and English
11) Other language skills such as Japanese, Spanish, Russian are preferred
12) Energetic, effective, flexible and willing to travel
