Job Description
Participates in business process assessment, analysis, design and implementation consulting engagements, both packaged and customized
Understands how information technology interfaces with the functional groups within an organization
Constructs conceptual data and process models, including data dictionaries and volume estimates
Analyzes customer business process requirements
Ensures clear understanding of customer’s requirements, in validating the business process analysis , design and implementation from proposal through deployment
Participating in the design and development of software solutions based on client requirements. Applying experience, and theoretical and practical understanding of technology and methodology in designing software solutions.
Develops multi-level relationships with customers and leads cross-functional design teams to understand and investigate the current business process design, identify problems, complexities, non-value-added steps, inefficient workflows and other design factors.
Participates in all phases of implementation projects.
Willing to travel, including international and domestic trips
Education Requirements
Bachelors or above degree, preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, Management, or similar
Experience Requirements
More than 4 years experience in industry or PDM/PLM field
PTC Windchill foundation implementation experience (must have)
PTC Windchill foundation upgrading to PDMlink experience (preferred).
Demonstrates Technical architecturing and solution packaging skills
Experience in developing proposals and statements of work
State-of-the-art solution architecture design with object-oriented analysis/design as well as the common design patterns. Be able to use Rational Rose or other tools to model
Expertise in UNIX shell scripting and Oracle
Ability to think creatively and collaborate with international teams.
Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills as well as clearly articulate technical issues both written and verbally.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Good command of English
