Technology Support Advisor(APAC Hub)

To provide senior professional technology advice, project lead on special project, and support in the configuration, maintenance modification and implementation of all ITD deployed technologies / systems with the objective to support business goal.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, MIS or related discipline.
  • Certification may be required based on business needs.
  • Minimum five (5) years of professional experience in installing, maintaining and diagnosing failures information technology, voice and data communications or IT systems.
  • Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of software/hardware requirements, voice and data communications technologies
  • Ability to work variable shifts
