Purpose of Position

To provide senior professional technology support in the configuration, maintenance, modification and implementation of all technology products ITD deployed with the objective to support business goal.

Minimum Requirements

Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent* in Business Administration, Computer Science,

Engineering, MIS or related discipline.

Experience

Minimum three (3) years of experience in installing, maintaining and diagnosing failures information technology, voice and data communications or IT systems.

Technical Expertise

Demonstrated knowledge of software/hardware requirements, voice and data

communications technologies.
