• Extends, expands and integrates relationships with prospective organizations and clients
  
• Evaluates new business opportunities, identifies client needs, drives the selling process
  
• Leverages Hewitt's people and other resources to provide consultation around solution mix;

Qualification:

• Deep understanding of China market; good chemistry with SOE clients
  
• Strong communication skill; BD skill for large project
  
• Project management experience
  
• Vendor management skill (establish and maintain good relationship with external vendors such as insurance company, fund management company, and banks)
  
• Not necessarily with oversea background
  
• Potentially from insurance company
