职位描述/要求:
Job Profile:
Primary focus will be on identifying and leveraging channels to penetrate local market and develop business with SOEs, FIEs and private enterprises who are seeking to transform their businesses through their people
- Annuity Business Build – Build annuity business as first priority through building channels on platforms
- Hewitt Brand – Introduce Hewitt product and service to the local market, build Hewitt brand and represent Hewitt image
- BD strategy plan development - Work with the S&A team and practice leaders to develop a marketing and selling strategy
- Sales Process Management –Identify and coordinate internal and external resources to mange ongoing client communication, solution development, demonstration of value proposition and final contract closing
- Generate Leads - Through developing and executing marketing activities, direct sales calls and leveraging relationships and knowledge of local government bodies, solicit target client and generate qualified leads
- Contract Negotiations - Take responsibility for pricing and contract term negotiations with pre-defined guidelines
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years sales and marketing working experience; Sales experience with solution/service provider preferred
- Experience working with local government, business and industry associations;
- Excellent network and people skills, able to leverage relationships;
- Customer result oriented;
- Excellent presentation skills;
- Excellent analytical skills and communication skills;
- Flexible, independent and be able to work under pressure and uncertainties.
- Familiarity with basic HR principles;
