Responsibilities:

-            Optimization of IT system, in particular SAP R/3

-            Reduction of complexity and process costs

-            Responsible for the implementation of IT and organizational projects

-            Communication and coordination with all involved departments of the company regarding IT-   infrastructure, application systems and business processes

-            Manager the Regional Support Center in Shanghai

-            Lead a team of about 20 subordinates which is includes in the global IT organization. 

-            Further build and optimize the IT organization in China

Requirements:
-     European is preferred

-     University degree (university, college, vocational college)
-     8 + years of experience in the IT Infrastructure and / or IT Application Management (SAP R / 3      preferred)
-     3 + years experience as a Project Manager
-     3 + years experience in leading a team / department with a full budget and cost responsibility
-     Strong personal skills to set objectives in a complex environment to achieve
-     Cultural sensitivity, Chinese experience is preferred.
-     High self-motivation, independent work, organization skills and resilience generalist, fast learning ability

-     English fluently (written and spoken language)
-     German and Chinese skills are helpful

-     Readiness for at least 3 years to go to China
