Key Responsibilities

·         Provide process/manufacturing engineering support for production line

·         Be responsible for process documentation (PFD, PFMEA, PCP, WI, TS16949).

·         Trouble shooting on equipment or tools in the production line.

·         Support to solve related quality problem.

·         Support machine trouble shooting.

·         Lead process development for new product.

·         Write tooling spec.

·         Lead machine development and qualification work.

·         Be responsible for the initiation for PM plan and spare part list.

Primary requirement for candidate

·         University education background on engineering, mechanical, automation.

·         4 or above years working experience.

·         Be experienced on manufacturing engineering and quality control.

·         Be familiar with assembly and test equipment.

·         Good sense to learn quickly.

·         Be good at machine troubleshooting and maintenance.

·         Strong hands-on skill; good at office software.

·         Be capable in understanding PLC program and basic control logic.

·         Be skillful on documentation.

·         Easygoing personality and good communication.

·         Good command of English in speaking and writing.

·         Be knowledgeable on machine building process.

·         Some knowledge about lean manufacturing and industry engineering will also be preferred.
