Role & Responsibility:

• Work with supplier and SQE to conduct PPAP inspection for all new component, including dimensional, functional and cosmetic inspection.
• Work with supplier to complete new gage design if needed.
• Prepare part review form (PRF) of new component and distribute the PRF to supplier.
• Solve the technical issues during PPAP submission by working with Project engineer and suppliers together.
•  Set up design transfer meeting with the supplier for the NPD team.
• Follow new component PPAP status and report to the project manager on a regular basis.
• Provide on site quality training for existing/new suppliers to improve their quality capability.
• Develop and audit new supplier by working with sourcing and other quality group.
