IT Support Engineer – China Proximity Pole (中国区技术支持工程师)

 

MISSION:

 

· Support all our China Business units, including office and Store IT system to ensure the high

  availability to end-user, respect strictly our Service Level agreement.

· Work as a future member of China Proximity Pole Team, to provide efficient & qualified Service at

   Listening, Exchanging, Supporting, and Communicating, Satisfying our end-user.

· Take the functional responsible of certain business units concerning IT service. Guaranty the right 

   security level.

· Cooperate and also coordinate with our international headquarter or Asia competence domain people

  for new IT solution deployment and exploitation.

· Lead the store opening project at China Wide, be able to delivery on time our IT solution.

 

 PROFILE:

 

·  Bachelor degree on Computer Science or related diploma;

·  Fluent spoken & written English;

· Good sense of service, Communication and Team Spirits;

· At least 2 years experience in foreign company on IT field;

· Strong experience on functional management, and priority management  

· Strong competence on Windows2003 server and Windows 2000 professional;

· Knowledge on LAN/WAN;

· Chinese nationality.

· You will locate in our Asia headquarters in Shanghai
