Why does this position exist?
Matching the booming business in our Stores, to purchase Passion Brand products and have them manufactured by validated suppliers while guaranteeing an exclusive price/quality ratio. Who you will be working with? 1. Production Leader Supply Chain. They provide you the commercial data(order, shipment data) in order to let you do your job. 2. Product Engineer in You debrief with them on development and propose improvement to the product and process 3. Industrial Buyer in You work with them to optimize the supplier panel through purchasing policy implementing. 4. Production, R&D and Quality dept of your supplier. You help them to improve the quality of product and process. What are your essential functions? 1. YOU validate the product quality before shipment. 2. YOU help our suppliers to make continuous improvement on quality system and process. 3. YOU manage supplier’s autonomy on Social and Quality. 4. YOU are responsible for the industrialization of the product, feedback the risk and propose improvement. 5. YOU will source and select new suppliers. Why Will you enjoy working with US? 1. YOU have well developed written and oral communication skills in both English and Chinese, we are international company. 5. YOU have rich knowledge in factory manufacturing and quality audit, we work closely with our supplier. 6.
