YOUR MISSION

- I decide on recruitment and induction of new team members, and am heavily involved in their training and help them to develop.
- I decide on the operational organisation of flow of goods, alongside other actors in the logistics chain.
- I ensure performances are managed and assessed for all our transport and customs providers.
- I decide on the scheduling and organisation of my activity and on the forecasting of my performance indicators.
- I ensure the safety of flows and management of customs disputes for my zone.
- I am competent in the main transport and customs clearance processes for imported and exported goods.
- I guarantee the price of my services and my budget commitment.
- I inform and communicate about my activity.

YOUR PROFILE

- Sports enthusiastic and practice sports regularly.
- Bachelor or above. Fluent in both oral and written English and French is an advantage.
- Chinese nationality, oversea education or working experience is compulsory.
- You are practical and responsive, service oriented and you like working as part of a team. Good communication skill and full of mobility.
- People and team management experience
- At lease 3 years working experience in shipping line, forwarder or logistics in manufacture, and familiar with China Custom regulation and laws.
