职位描述/要求:
全球大客户Marketing
营销专家/高级营销经理 职责: Responsible for requirement analysis and strategy analysis, solution design, roadmap communication, admission and entry of the company product and solution on global key accounts.
(1)Communicate with high level of key accounts on SP/BP/Roadmap of the cooperation and integrated solutions. (2)Understand Key Account general requirements, Design customized integrated solution and feedback to related departments of the company to motivate the realization of these requirements. (3)Support Key Accounts Marketing Dept. members to make marketing strategies and action plans with focus on Global Key Accounts, promote customer faithfulness to the company, extend company market quotients in Key Account fields, advance the image of Huawei Brand in the world. (4)Summarize and gather our experiences, share the same within the Global Marketing Dept. or the company. 职位要求:
(1)Rich and extensive background in telecommunications. Deep understanding of the technology trend in the telecom field and the requirements of operators. Familiar with the operations, network services and needs of local operators, deep understanding of market operating rules and telecom industry.
(2)8 years or more experience in well-known telecom company marketing operation, integrated solution design and SP/BP/roadmap communication with customers. Familiar with a minimum of 5 analysis methods. Experience in making great product strategies and pre-research plans. (3)Excellent communication and motivation skills, good interpersonal skills.
