工作职责 ：

 1、Provide the business consulting to global telecommunication service providers with solution marketing theory and practical experiences
 2、Conduct in-depth research for the customer requirements & pains and respond to them proactively. Build up business
 3、consulting service portfolios and deliver TCO decreasing & customer-oriented service & operation solutions through business consulting projects.

候选人条件 ：

（1）Rich and extensive background in telecommunications. Deep understanding of the technology trend in the telecom field and the requirements of operators.  Familiar with the operations, network services and needs of local operators, Understanding of market operating rules.
（2）Some specialization in telecom technologies. Consultation with customers. Familiar with common cooperation resources, business, law, finance , and a minimum of 5 analysis methods.
（3）Excellent communication and motivation skills, good interpersonal skills.
（4）Excellent research, communication, lecture and document design skills
