职位描述/要求:
Location : 上海 / 全国
Job Qualifications :
• Above 5 years sales and marketing experience preferably in construction equipment industries; • Degree or Professional Diploma holder, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Road Equipment, etc. • Ability to work independently, while being essentially a committed team player; • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; • Good command of English language, both oral and written (CET-6 above as advantage); • Good PC (MS-Office ) skills.
Key/Primary Responsibilities:
• Database of key projects / accounts in China with detail information • Prioritize projects / key accounts to better allocate resources in promotion of project sales • Establish business and personal relationship with projects owners and managers, management of key accounts • Establish relationship with all tendering corporations and organizations • Spec-In for selected projects in the initial stage of the projects to increase possibilities of Volvo CE winning the job • Monitor progress of key projects to look for more business opportunities. • Coordination of technical support for bidding documents preparation, • Arrangement of necessary technical seminars / programs in an aim to promote Volvo CE Machines in these projects. • Planning and organizing negotiations for all business transactions • Responsible for sales targets set for the China Market
