Location: Shanghai, China

Job description:

• Receive, analyze and distribute customer's service request to dealers

• Follow-up on cases or progress of repairs

• Make on-site investigation for major failures

• Prepare MQR Reports

• Assist dealers or OEMs to trouble-shoot technical problems

• Check warranty claims

• Conduct training for dealers or OEMs

• Assist in the organization of dealer annual meeting.

Requirement:

• University graduate in Mechanical or Electrical engineering

• Knowledge on the principles of diesel engines

• 3-5 years field service engineer experience in diesel engine service and repair

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Good English both written and spoken

• Experience working with dealers or OEMs is preferred

• Willingness to work irregular hours and on weekends occasionally

• Extensive domestic traveling is expected
