Job Description

• Work as a junior associate in all areas of functions to support the group’s day to day operation
• Help the group in whatever duty as the manager sees fit under the manager instruction, such as writing proposals and reports, taking notes at meetings, researching of materials to support Toyota/Lexus product planning, and attending research events such as focus groups.
• Be expected to learn about both the product planning and research processes.
• Treat each assignment or project as a learning experience.
• Successful trainees may be promoted to the product/research planner role within two yrs. 

Qualifications:

• University Degree or above in Science, Mechanics/Engineering, Business Management, Marketing, English language, etc
• 1 year of work (internship) experience is preferred although not necessary
• Interest in the Auto market
• Patience, detail-oriented, and logical business sense
• Analytical, planning, and organizing skills
• Multi-task and work under time pressure
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent command in writing and speaking of English (Band 6)
• Adaptable and able to demonstrate flexibility in dealing with people

职位要求

1. 大学本科以上学历。自然科学、机械/工程、商业管理、市场营销、英文专业或其它专业。
2. 有1年的工作或实习经验优先考虑，但非必备条件。
3. 对汽车行业有强烈兴趣。
4. 耐心、细致、逻辑化的商业感觉。
5. 很强的分析能力、计划能力、和组织能力。
6. 多任务工作能力，和在紧迫的时间压力下工作的能力。
7. 很强的人际沟通和协调能力。
8. 出色的英文书面和口语表达能力 (英语6级水平)。
9. 处理人际关系的灵活性和适应性。
