Job description
- Work within Long Range Planning and Research and closely cooperate with Product Planning. Understand business purposes for research and provide usable insights gathered from research results
- Be able to independently manage research projects (Both qualitative and quantitative). Manage research projects effectively according to project schedule, discuss problems with research manager in time, and complete the task
- Manage development of research project framework , including proposal, interview guide, questionnaire, draft report according to frame or template, basic content analysis of focus group, conduct depth interview, etc
- Responsible for detailed work in research projects, such as timing, budget and cost, planning, execution, coordination with other related departments within the company and with research agency, etc
- Manage and develop junior researchers
Requirement
- Bachelor degree or above
- 2-3 year’s professional experience in market research firm or automobile company research department. Automobile industry experience is highly preferred.
- Strong project management skills and capable of solving problems independently
- Be sensitive to market trends. Good knowledge of market research methods. Good logical analysis ability to analyze and interpret statistical data and formulate and present conclusions
- High responsibility and strong interest and enthusiasm in market research work. Positive, hardworking, good team spirit, ability to work under high pressure, etc
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of MS Access & SPSS would be an added advantage
- English language skills (oral and writing) is a must – work is 90% in English
