职位描述/要求：
Purpose:
Provide technical development-related expertise (e.g. support, mentoring, training, etc.) to Bentley Developer Network commercial members to help them create complementary solutions for Bentley products. Work closely with key personnel to provide developer feedback.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Position is on-site at Bentley offices in any of the locations above. Travel required.
- Define & coordinate technical processes & interfaces to align technology with all relevant departments at Bentley & Partner.
- Support porting & migration efforts of Partners to assure best possible compatibility/functionality between Partner's & Bentley's technology.
- Respond proactively/promptly to provide development expertise, troubleshooting & debugging to identify problem source, manage Partners’ technical expectations, track progress, & provide resolution.
- Support Partners' test teams to ensure tests of new/revised versions of Partner's technology are expedited.
- Provide localized technical input to the Bentley Developer Network (e.g. technical white papers, FAQs, TechNotes, BDNzine, etc.)
- Assist in providing content & delivering necessary information/training to Partners' development personnel in 1-on-1, group, & lab environments as required.
- Build & maintain an effective communication- and knowledge- network for information sharing.
Minimum qualifications:
- Degree in a computer science-related area (i.e. BSCS) desirable, or equivalent education/experience
- 2+ years experience with C++/.NET code development.
- Excellent understanding of Windows OS.
- Experience with Bentley's products and technologies desirable.
- Strong, progressive troubleshooting and debugging experience and ability.
- Ability to quickly and efficiently identify, investigate, and troubleshoot 3rd-party developer problems to isolate the source and provide reliable solutions.
- Minimum of 2 years testing/support experience desirable.
- Understanding of fundamental principles, practices & procedures of programming.
- Responsive & detail oriented with excellent follow-through. Organized & thorough.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, & verbal communications & presentation skills (Mandarin and business-fluent English a must).
- Ability to work well in team environment to encourage, motivate, & assist other members of their team.
- Strong leadership ability - confident, resilient, persistent, & solutions oriented.
- Proactive in improving knowledge level & technical ability, & obtaining and sharing knowledge & training with others.
- Superior work ethic. High level of initiative & self-motivation. Proactive self-starter. Resourceful.
Preferred skills:
- MSCS or equivalent.
- Programming & debugging experience in C++/ .NET
- Programming & debugging experience in ASP .NET/ C# is a plus and preferred
