职责描述：

应用C++/C#进行软件的开发和维护工作；

与美国需求团队讨论并明确需求，分析并解决在需求中的问题；

根据需求进行软件的设计与实现；

调试并解决QA团队报告的软件缺陷；

职位要求：

计算机，数学及相关专业本科或硕士学历；

2年以上C++/C#应用软件开发经验，熟悉面向对象设计及开发技能；

拥有按时并高质量完成工作的良好纪录；

在以下几个领域有实际开发经验：XML, .Net Class Liberary, SQL，GUI；

熟练应用中文和英语进行口头和书面交流；

有Microstation/AutoCAD平台开发经验者优先；

有复杂算法问题解决经验者优先；

Responsibilities:
Perform software development and maintenance for C++/C# based product
Discuss the requirements with the US requirement group and analyze problems
Creative solution design and implementation
Debug and resolve the defects reported by the QA team

Position Qualifications:
BS/MS degree is required in computer science, math or related discipline.
A minimum of 2 years enterprise software development experience with C++/C#, familiarity with Object Oriented Design & Development practices
A record of delivering high quality code on schedule and to specification
have technical expertise in at least several of the following areas: XML, .Net Class Liberary, SQL and GUI
Good verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
Any development experience on Microstation/AutoCAD is preferred
Approved ability of resolving hard algorithm challenge is a big plus
