Responsibilities: 

• Assist the project leader to compile the project proposals and feasibility study report regarding to the project cost. 
• Assist the project leader to control the project cost and to provide suggestions for controlling the project within the planned budget. 
• Assist line manager to make the yearly budge planning according to the project information provided by the other department. 
• In accordance with the project drawings and the requirements of RFQ, responsible for reviewing the quantity of the project proposals provided by contractors and make sure that the price and the quantity of their proposal are correct and reasonable. 
• Responsible for the cost control of the project Change Order Request (COR) during the execution of the project. 
• Participate in the project acceptance and handover process and review the discrepancy of the actual cost and quantities with the panned figures.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor degree or above, major in Engineering or Finance. 
• Over 4 years of work experience in structural planning, project management.
• Good English.. 
• Proficient in application of MS Office(word,excel, powerpoint etc.) 
• Work experience of car manufacture company is preferred.

资质要求：
- 学士学位以上，主修电气、自动化、建筑或工程类专业，可读懂图纸；
- 三年以上建筑规划，项目管理相关经验；
- 有能力支持项目经理或直属经理编制年度项目预算，并建议或采取有效措施来保证项目费用控制在预算范围内；
- 英语良好；
- 熟练应用Ms-Office办公软件；
- 有汽车厂工作经验者优先。
