Responsibilities: 

• Support the Language Champion; 
• Develop & maintain training materials so that achievement by trainee is maximized; 
• Update & maintain BMW new technology so that training for BMW new model is maximized; 
• Conduct each training course and meet the BMW Standard; 
• Analysis trainee's record and data for long term development; 
• Prepare the training material (brochures) in Chinese language as required; 
• Participate in international Train the Trainer as required by the superior base on the need of the training; 
• Being flexible to support the Training team to fulfill the new task required by superior.

Qualifications: 

• University degree; 
• Minimum 5 yeas of relevant experience in training function, preferable in automotive industry; 
• Fluent in English and Chinese, German would be an advantage; 
• Good computers skills with MS. Office, eg. Word, Excel & PowerPoint; 
• Willing to take challenge; 
• Open minded.
