
职位描述/要求:
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute monthly payroll including preparation, delivery and claim Individual Income Tax;
- Liaison with FESCO for hire and leave formalities, employee benefit & compensation;
- Prepare monthly report, including headcount, payroll, etc;
- Maintain personal file and Platinum HRP system;
- Develop and implement compensation program to ensure equitable and competitive compensation for local employees; Programs may include payroll administration, strategic compensation programs, incentive plans, salary range structures, and employee recognition systems;
- Responsible for compensation survey and analyzing results in order to assess competitive labor market trends;
- Support HR Manager for employee relationship management;
- Other task assigned by HR Manager;
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, preferably major in HR, Business Management;
- Min 3 years’ solid and hands on experience in C&B and staffing in multinational company;
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills;
- Familiar with different compensation and benefits practices as well as good understanding of social mandatory benefits and tax requirement in major cities of China;
- Strong influencing skills with ability to operate effectively within a matrix environment;
- Experience in operating Platinum HRP system is preferred;
- Fluent in both spoken and written English;
- Self-motivated and quick learner;
