职位描述/要求:

工作职责:

1、Be responsible for hearing and recording user's service request, solve user's service request on-line;
2、For request that cannot be solved on-line, arrange on-site service personnel to the service at user's site within the time of service level, supervise the service development and completion;
3、Record and update the service result;
4、Update and maintain IT fixed assets information;
5、Write Helpdesk service report;

职位要求:

1、Junior college graduate or above, at least 3 years' support service experience;
2、Strong sense of responsibility, work earnestly and responsibly;
3、Better English level, good oral expression and communication ability;
4、Good Office application ability, writing reports and forms, and data analysis;
5、Familiar with IT service Management system such as remedy.
