Job Description:

1.Export orders planning, tracking and order processing activities monitoring.
2.Logistics databases designing, maintenance and analyzing.
3.Support Logistics Manager for KPI identification, analysis and reporting.
4.Providing support for Logistics Manager with regard to process designing, implementing, monitoring and improvement.
5.Support Logistics Manager to establish standards and unified format to communicating with customers and forwarders.
6.Record Customer service issues,
7.Provide data resources for supporting project planning time to time.
8.Other designated tasks related to logistics.

 

Job Requirement:

1.5 years or over work experience in logistics.
2.Knowledgeable in varies logistics activities and interrelationship and also business minded.
3.Strong capacities in data basing and Microsoft Excel and with good systematical thinking and logical mind are the must.
4.Basic knowledge and concept in information systems related to supply chain or logistics.
5.Team player with proactive work style, strong communication skills, innovative, ethical and credible.
6.Excellent English oral and writing skills,
7.University degree is required.
